Audrey Costa, LAC, NCC

Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Women’s Wellness & Nature-Informed Therapy

Everyone’s healing journey is unique, winding through moments of pain, resilience, and growth. I’m here to walk beside you through the challenges, helping you reconnect with your true self or move forward into a new chapter of life. My personal journey with healing has shaped my work in profound ways; I’ve walked many of the same paths as my clients, and I honor the strength it takes to reach out for support.

As a Licensed Associate Counselor with a background in health education and corporate wellness, I bring a holistic, experiential lens to therapy that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from a range of modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices. With specialized training in nature-informed therapy, movement-based interventions, and creative expression, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and values.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring disorders, life transitions, emotional regulation, confidence-building, and issues related to self-worth and identity. While I have extensive experience supporting women and teens, I welcome all clients seeking a deeper, more connected path to healing.

Whether we’re sitting in a therapy room, walking side-by-side in nature, or exploring the wisdom of the body through movement and breath, I aim to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel truly seen and supported. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and meaningful insights to help you meet life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
