Does life feel harder than it should?
Is everyday a struggle?
Do you feel overwhelmed, unsupported, or lacking direction?
Therapy can help.

As women, sometimes we feel stuck. Stuck on a hamster wheel. Stuck in toxic relationships. Stuck in negative self-talk. Stuck in devastating circumstances. These situations can cause us to feel anxious, sad, hopeless, confused. We can’t seem to get out of our heads and objectively look at our lives. There are changes we want to make to move us forward, but we just don’t know how to make them. Therapy is a fabulous tool for facilitating the shift you need to start feeling better and taking control of your life.
Helping Women Grow, Heal, and Become Empowered
While we work with women through all types of issues at all stages of their lives from teens through the senior years, our areas of specialty include:
Anxiety
Anxiety has a way of sending you down a rabbit hole of what if’s and worst-case scenarios, consuming your thoughts and taking over your life. Together with your therapist, you’ll dig deep to find the root causes of your anxiety and learn tools and techniques to meet it head on, so you are more in control of your feelings.
Depression
If you’re struggling with depression, you may feel things will never get better. Know that there are happier days ahead. Our therapists will help you uncover what is causing your depression, devise a treatment plan tailored to your unique journey, and guide you in making the changes you need to find joy once again in your life.
Low Self-Esteem
It’s normal to sometimes struggle with self-confidence or not feel good about oneself, but consistently having low self-esteem is harmful to our psyche. Your therapist will help you identify your unique strengths and teach you skills to stop the toxic self-talk so you can feel comfortable in your own skin.
Body Image
Stop letting the scale determine your emotions or your size decide your self-worth. It’s time to accept yourself as you are right now. Our therapists will work with you on building a healthy relationship with your body by helping you unlearn the destructive attitudes and behaviors you were taught in the past and stop the cycle of self-loathing.
Postpartum/Perinatal
It’s common for new moms to experience a mix of emotions before and after childbirth – from excitement and joy to anxiety and depression. If your feelings are troubling and persistent, we’re here to support you. Your therapist will help you understand your unique experience and equip you with the tools you need to enjoy motherhood.
Infertility and Loss
Difficulties conceiving or carrying a pregnancy to term are devastating and take an emotional toll, with feelings like frustration, grief, anxiety, or self-blame. We provide a safe space where you will be heard, supported, and understood. Your therapist will help you process your thoughts, fears, and decisions.
Life Transitions
We all experience times in our lives where we may feel overwhelmed, confused, frustrated, scared, or sad as a result of a life changing event, such as divorce, death of a loved one, chronic illness, career change, or mid-life. We’ll provide you with insights to improve your self-esteem and overall well-being.
Trauma
Trauma has a way of sneaking up on us, affecting both our mind and our body, from panic attacks and sleep disturbances to headaches and digestive issues. We help women process the physical and emotional responses they are experiencing through a trauma lens, so they can heal and have a happy, fulfilling life.
Compassion Fatigue
With a continuous focus on taking care of the needs of others, caregivers are highly susceptible to fatigue and burnout. Our therapists will help you learn to balance meeting your own needs while caring for others by teaching you techniques for stress management, improving communication, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care.
