Therapists for Women’s Issues in Bergen County

Bev Wittenberg, LSW

Adolescents, Anxiety, Self-Esteem & ADHD
Anxiety, Depression & Life Transitions

Life transitions—whether related to school, career, or personal growth—can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help you navigate these changes with confidence.

Specializing in therapy for adolescents and women, I take a warm, compassionate approach to addressing issues like anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, and behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. In a supportive space where you can freely explore and process your thoughts, we’ll work together to uncover and build upon your inner strengths so you can enjoy a balanced and fulfilling life.

I hold an MSW from Ramapo College of New Jersey and work as both a psychotherapist and a school mental health clinician. Passionate about fostering self-esteem and confidence in youth, I founded Build Yourself Up: Youth Development Services, a program dedicated to empowering youth to embrace their potential and grow.

Change is possible. I’m committed to helping you grow, heal, and become empowered to live the life you want to live.
