Cecilia Blauvelt, LMFT
Women’s Mental Health, Motherhood, & Adolescents

Life can bring moments that feel confusing, heavy, or uncertain. I provide a safe space where you can be your authentic self and slow down, untangle your thoughts, and begin to make sense of what you’re feeling. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your peace of mind and help you find clarity, balance, and renewed confidence in yourself. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, not judgment. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard, and my goal is to walk alongside you with kindness, respect, and understanding.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adolescents, adults, mothers, couples, and families, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions to parenting stress, emotional regulation, and eating disorders. My background allows me to understand the unique complexities each stage of life brings, and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.
In our work together, I will draw from evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These tools will help build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change — all within a compassionate and collaborative environment.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to explore something new, I’m here to support you — with kindness, curiosity, and care.
