Chronic Illness, Caregiver Stress, Grief & Life Transitions

Life can take us in unexpected directions. Whether you are navigating a chronic medical condition, struggling with anxiety or depression, coping with a loss, facing fertility challenges, or adjusting to a major life transition, these experiences can impact every aspect of your life, including your relationships, sense of self, and overall well-being. You do not have to face these challenges alone.
For the past 18 years, I have helped individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult circumstances. Much of my career was spent working within hospital systems, including inpatient and outpatient dialysis centers, where I supported individuals and families coping with chronic illness, grief, loss, and significant life changes. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the emotional challenges that often accompany medical diagnoses, caregiving responsibilities, and unexpected changes in life.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Studio Art, from West Chester University and my Master’s in Social Work from New York University. My approach is goal-oriented, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, I help clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build on their existing strengths. I incorporate mindfulness, empowerment, and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, infertility, fertility treatments, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, and life transitions. Together, we will work to identify what is most important to you, strengthen your resilience, and help you move through life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
This is your time to focus on you. My hope is to help you reconnect with your strengths, discover what you need to thrive, and feel supported every step of the way.
“Trust Yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all of your life.” — Golda Meir
