Adolescents • Anxiety • Self-Esteem

Adolescence can be a challenging time, filled with changes, uncertainty, and pressures that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, social challenges, or difficulty managing your emotions, I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who is passionate about helping teens and adolescents navigate the ups and downs of growing up.
I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. My approach is client-centered, meaning I meet each person where they are and work alongside them to identify their strengths, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered while giving them the tools and confidence they need to face life’s challenges both now and in the future.
As a full-time school-based therapist, I have extensive experience supporting young people through the academic, social, and emotional challenges they face every day. My work in schools gives me valuable insight into the unique experiences of today’s youth and allows me to connect with clients in a way that feels genuine and relatable.
Above all, I hope to be a steady source of comfort, encouragement, and support. I am committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel accepted, valued, and confident that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I look forward to working together to help you build resilience, discover your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
