Anxiety, Fertility Challenges, Parenthood & Life Transitions

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward through a difficult season of life. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, processing past experiences, or facing challenges on your path to parenthood, you do not have to do it alone. I’m here to support you as you navigate life’s challenges, helping you reconnect with yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
Because no two people are alike, I take an individualized and person-centered approach to therapy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Humanistic Therapy, tailoring our work to your unique values, goals, experiences, culture, lifestyle, and learning style. As you grow and your needs change, our work together will evolve as well.
I promise to always regard your experiences and perspective without judgment. Taking a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach, I strive to create a safe space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we will identify your wants, needs, and goals while developing practical coping skills to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and resilience.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by stress, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward. Through therapy, we will work to better understand these challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey and hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from the College of Saint Elizabeth.
In addition to my clinical training, I have specialized training in perinatal mental health through Perinatal Support International (PSI). Every individual’s or couple’s journey to parenthood is unique and can bring a wide range of emotions and experiences. Some conceive easily, some experience unexpected pregnancies, and others face the heartbreak and uncertainty of infertility or pregnancy loss. My own experience with infertility allows me to bring both professional knowledge and personal understanding to this work.
Whether you are trying to conceive, navigating fertility treatments, coping with pregnancy loss, adjusting to pregnancy, managing postpartum challenges, or transitioning into parenthood, I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space where you feel seen, understood, and validated. Together, we will create a care plan that honors your unique experience and supports you through every stage of your journey.
